"Kith" is an old word for the people closest to you — friends, neighbors, chosen family. Kith Health builds tools that keep those people connected.
Kith Health LLC is a small company based in Richmond, Virginia, founded by Rick Elliott. Our first product, Tappy, grew out of a simple observation: most older adults want to keep living independently, and most of the people who love them just want to know two things each day — did they take their medication, and are they okay?
Tappy answers both with a single tap. It reminds users to take their medication at the times they choose, lets them confirm with one press, and — only with their explicit consent — keeps a chosen buddy contact gently informed. No cameras, no tracking, no complicated dashboards. Just a check-in that respects everyone's time and dignity.
